The Officers of the Club shall be the President, the Honorary Secretary and the Honorary Treasurer and shall be elected annually at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee may fill any casual vacancy until the following AGM.

There shall be a Committee consisting of the Officers and seven members to be elected annually at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee shall have power to co-opt not more than two members to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting.

The Committee shall be entrusted with the General Management of the affairs of the Club on behalf of the members, including negotiations with any other body or persons regarding the use or purchase of waters by the Club. The Committee are responsible for banking arrangements and the appointment of the auditor.

The running of the Club Accounts is carried out by the Honorary Treasurer. There are up to five committee members nominated as authorised signatories on the account. For transactions on both the Treasurer’s and the Community Savings Accounts for transactions of up to £10,000 with a daily limit of £10,000.

If at any time the Club shall be dissolved, it’s assets shall be realised by those members forming the last committee and the proceeds shared equally between all the members of the Club at the time of dissolution. A majority vote of not less than three-quarters of the members shall be necessary to pass a resolution to dissolve the Club.

The rules of the Club are decided with the majority approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
