Welcome to Farmoor Fly Fishing Club

A friendly fly-fishing club offering affordable fishing for all ages in West Oxfordshire

Farmoor Fly Fishing Club

Farmoor Fly Fishing Club (FFFC) is a small fly fishing club in West Oxfordshire. FFFC was established to bring affordable club fly fishing to Oxfordshire. No longer affiliated to the Farmoor reservoirs, the club maintains waters close to Hardwick, Oxfordshire.

Our main water is Darlow Water, an established ex-gravel pit fishery stocked with rainbow, brown and Sparctic trout. The lake also holds self-sustaining stocks of perch, pike and tench that are also caught on the fly. Darlow Water offers bank and boat fishing in a very pleasant natural environment.

We also maintain fishing on 300 metres of the River Windrush that meanders adjacent to Darlow Water. The River Windrush holds wild brown trout and coarse fish, such as chub, that can also be caught on the fly.
